Well, my first week and my first weigh in. Down 9lbs. Joined Weight Watchers and limited my intake to that of a normal human being. Rode the rollers 5 days and did some core and push-ups. I knew it was working yesterday when I put on a pair of jeans and they didn't get caught on my butt.
I'm sure the initial "your how much" weight will be easy and then the real work will start. thanks for your support and tips.

Holy CRAP!!! I'm a freakin tubbo

Today I was putting up a gallery from a recent fit clinic and I had to post pictures of myself. The first picture, I looked really FAT. The second one looked the same, the third one looked worse.
What has happened? I opened two bike stores in one year and spent the prior four turning around a failing store. I eat like shit and don't get on my bike enough. These are not excuses, they are the facts. Well it's time to look right in the mirror and do something about it. I help athletes every day and I KNOW I CAN HELP MYSELF. I am joining Weight Watchers TONIGHT and started training last night.
I knew it was getting bad. But last night I got on the scale and at 5'11" I am almost 250 pounds. Time to CHANGE NOW!!! In my youth I used to be in great shape. I was the Grand National champion in my weight group for AAU Wrestling, climbed, rode alot etc.
Here is what I am going to do about it:
Limit my intake with the right foods
Get on my trainer at least four days a week
Push ups
Sit ups
And most important - Push Away from the table.
I am going to make this shit happen STAT!!!
